If you have been following our recent blog updates you will be in the loop with our Sitting Stretch and Mobility Series. A series of videos demonstrating a host of daily stretches to release the aches and pains so common in those of us who are seated throughout the day.

We thought it would be helpful if we summarised the whole series and put all of the videos in one place so you can easily follow through the course. So here it is, our final post on this topic. Enjoy!

If you spend the majority of your day sitting we recommend that you take 5 min of each day to complete this stretch series. The first four videos look at stretching the different muscles of the back each targeting a different area. The next two look at stretches for the glutes and neck. As you can see you don’t need any equipment, only yourself and a chair.

To achieve the best results we highly recommend doing all of the stretches in sequence. The series is designed so that the stretches compliment each other and provide an overall relief. Try to incorporate them into a routine for yourself, do you always take a coffee break at 11am? Why not include these stretches into that break?

As always if you have any questions about anything in this series, leave a comment and we will get back to you. Or if your feeling shy send us an email info@bodiesunderconstruction.com

We hope you have enjoyed this series. Keep your eyes peeled for the next one.

Thank you for watching =)
