Bodies Under Construction Windsor

Our beautiful Windsor clinic is based in an iconic building, St Stephen’s House a stone’s throw from central Windsor and Windsor Castle. Parking in on street, and the Leisure centre parking is a 5 minute walk away. Parking is available on site in the evenings and weekends. The clinic is perfectly located for anyone in the wider Windsor and East Berkshire area.

We have a dedicated Pilates studio, with high ceiling and natural light. We offer small group classes, bespoke 1-1 sessions, Duets and Clinical Pilates:

  • A modern Equipment room with the latest state of the art Balanced Body Reformers for small, focused classes up to 4 people.
  • A light and airy Studio room with all of the Pilates Equipment: Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Small Barrel and Spine Corrector to provide tailor made Pilates sessions.

I have been having physio for my back and my legs from Beatrice for the last few weeks. She's excellent at her job she has a passion for what she does and the service she gives to her patients is 100%. She's friendly and funny. Would highly recommend her ti my family and friends.

I saw Darren & Bea over the past few months. Darren managed to get some more movement back in my spine, and helped me strengthen my core to prevent repeating lower back pain and get me back running. Bea then helped keep me moving and niggle free with some manual work, and focused exercises, during a heavy marathon training block. All staff at the practice super friendly, and the clinic is bright and well maintained.

I can't thank the team, especially Gee, at Bodies Under Construction enough for their incredible support throughout my ACL reconstruction journey. From the very beginning, they created a prehab programme that helped me build up strength and confidence before my operation — something I now realise was crucial to my recovery.

Post-surgery, their guidance has been nothing short of outstanding. Every session was purposeful and progressive, with clear goals and a strong focus on rebuilding strength and mobility the right way. Gee really listened to my goals and adapted my plan to help me return not just to normal life, but to the sport I love.

I especially appreciated the ongoing encouragement and support between sessions. Whether it was helpful messages to check in or additional exercises to keep progressing.

Now, I’m back to running confidently and looking forward to stepping back onto the netball court soon — something I wasn’t sure would be possible just a few months ago. I wholeheartedly recommend Bodies Under Construction to anyone recovering from injury or surgery.

The Pilate classes I’ve tried with Petra and Adam are always fantastic - a thorough workout and they really know their stuff.

All the staff are so friendly and the physiotherapy introduction with Gee was also brilliant in helping the Pilates instructors understand which exercises would support my recent injury.

I had a few sessions of shockwave therapy for Achilles Tendonitis which has worked well. Mike gave me lots of tips around exercises and maintaining the strength in my Achilles, appointments booked to work around my availability and always on time. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Physio work carried out by Mike in Windsor. Allowed me to continue playing sport even at my age ! Now taken up Pilates and cannot speak highly enough on this journey
