Bodies Under Construction Bracknell

Our large, modern and spacious Bracknell Pilates studio is based just on the outskirts of Bracknell, in the beautiful Berkshire countryside. With plenty of free parking and surrounded by woodlands, it is easily accessible from all parts of South East Berkshire.

We offer small group classes(max 4), bespoke 1-1 sessions and Clinical Pilates in our studio using:

  • The latest state of the art Align Pilates Reformers/Towers for small, focused classes up to 4 people.
  • All of the Pilates Equipment: Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Small Barrel and Spine Corrector to provide tailor made Pilates sessions.

Free parking facilities.

As you enter the David Lloyd car park proceed right and follow the signs around the building to our entrance.

I have received physio on two occasions for 2 different injuries and both times could not fault the care and service received. The therapists listen to you and I feel are passionate about getting the treatment right for you. You do not feel just like a number!! I would especially recommend Sheelah and Mike. Sheelah has been key in helping me get to recovery for a knee injury. I have liked the way she first treated the injury with massage therapy but has really encouraged me with strengthening exercises which has definitely helped get me to where I am now, feeling more confident.
