Our large, modern and spacious Bracknell Pilates studio is based just on the outskirts of Bracknell, in the beautiful Berkshire countryside. With plenty of free parking and surrounded by woodlands, it is easily accessible from all parts of South East Berkshire.

As you enter the David Lloyd car park proceed right and follow the signs around the building to our entrance.
We offer small group classes(max 4), bespoke 1-1 sessions and Clinical Pilates in our studio using:
- The latest state of the art Align Pilates Reformers/Towers for small, focused classes up to 4 people.
- All of the Pilates Equipment: Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Small Barrel and Spine Corrector to provide tailor made Pilates sessions.

Windsor
Our beautiful Windsor clinic is based in an iconic building, St Stephen's House a stone's throw from central Windsor and Windsor Castle. Parking in on street, and the Leisure centre parking is a 5 minute walk away. Parking is available on site in the evenings and weekends. The clinic is perfectly located for anyone in the wider Windsor and East Berkshire area.

We have a dedicated Pilates studio, with high ceiling and natural light. We offer small group classes, bespoke 1-1 sessions, Duets and Clinical Pilates
- A modern Equipment room with the latest state of the art Balanced Body Reformers for small, focused classes up to 4 people.
- A light and airy Studio room with all of the Pilates Equipment: Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Small Barrel and Spine Corrector to provide tailor made Pilates sessions.
