Receptionist and Customer Service Representative -
Full time Role or Part Time.
PURPOSE
- WOW our customers by going above and beyond what they expect
- Fill our schedule with happy customers
- Provide excellent first impression, warm welcome, and make customers feel cherished
- Extend our brand awareness and reputation for helping people stay active and healthy
- Support the Clinicians in the clinic with administration support
Skills and abilities:
SALES
- Excellent phone skills to convert callers into customers
- Invested in customer’s journey from new client to loyal client
- Strong knowledge of the health and wellness field desired to fully understand customer benefits
COMMUNICATION
- Demonstrated warm and empathetic personality over multiple communication modalities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Loves social media, enjoys taking pics and making videos to promote our products and services
PROBLEM SOLVING
- Fast learner, self-starter and highly organised team member
- Ability to prioritise work and execute tasks in parallel
- Meticulous attention to detail with an overall passion for continual improvement
PEOPLE PLEASER
- Team Cheerleader; Willing to lead or support the team as needed
- Demonstrated customer service skills

TECHNICAL
- Computer savvy and comfortable embracing new technology that supports the business
- Experience working with a CRM and Scheduling software (Mindbody). Ability to operate hoot suite and social media accounts…all a plus
FRONT DESK
- Check-in patients and set them up to relax, converse and enjoy their time waiting for their appointment
- Assisting patients/clients with: filling out Registration forms
- Scheduling their appointments
- Updating patient records
- Verifying insurance
- Ability to confidently seek payment
- General administrative support and admin tasks
- Stock ordering
- Some project management possibilities
Requirements:
- 2 years Communications, Psychology or related field preferred
- 2 years experience in sales, reception, customer service or health industry preferred
Salary circa 21-23k per annum dependant on experience
Full time 40 hours or part time hours TBC. Salary pro rata for part time
We are open 8am-8pm Monday to Thursday. 8am-7pm Fridays and 9-2pm Saturday ad hoc. Reception rota schedule to be between these hours.

MSK Physiotherapist
The Position:
- We’re looking for a Dynamic and Friendly Physiotherapist.
- Ideally with Private Practice experience and a proven track record of working independently.
- Proven ability to manage a patient caseload
- Proven networking ability with local consultants
- Candidates with 1-5 years experience and beyond will be considered.
- Qualifications in Acupuncture and Pilates (Mat and Equipment) would be advantageous, although training will be provided for exceptional candidates.
Interested?
This is a Full Time Position. Remuneration will be based on skills and experience. The range will be from 32-50k per annum. In addition there is a quarterly bonus scheme in place. Yearly CPD budget. Regular in-service training. Employed and self-employed applications will be considered.
Applicants are required to work Monday-Friday shift rota pattern between the hours of 8am - 8pm and selected Saturday's when required on an ad hoc basis (9am-2pm).
- Applicants must be able to work between our clinics and ideally live close to where we are located or with good transport links to our clinic
- A car is required if you are considering our Berkshire venues. Bracknell RG12 and Windsor SL4. There is parking on site in Bracknell but not Windsor.
